what kind of help you lookin for?
The chainmail?
The props?
If you are lookin for some chainmail you can order from TheRingLord.com
You can choose whatever kind of ring size you want. will cost you about 50-80 bucks depending on how many rings you will need to make a shirt or if you want to cheat and just hang the rings on the edges. That is if you don't have much money. You can sew on the rings to the edges of the costume. Use a thicker fabric for your link tunic then. Try to order small aluminum rings if you are making the chainmail yourself. Anything else is really heavy.
The props can be made of wood or pink insulation foam then coated in resin. If you are afraid of toxic stuff, use wood or cardboard. I prefer wood. n_n
To keep things easier and quick, try drawing out the sword/sheild on two seperate pieces of pine. Then using a jig saw to cut it out. Use sanding tools and protective goggles/gear to protect yourself from any harmful mistakes. Woodglue works best with glueing wood together.
Also if you need me to make you the props, I can do that for you. PM me for prices. n_n I am making props throughout the summer.
